Lively view of Bandol's beach, with crowds of swimmers and visitors on the rocks and in the sea, under a clear sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur et Madame' in Aigent-sur-Ouvèze, dated 1953, with two French stamps (20 and 605) and a Bandol cancellation. The publisher is listed as 'Comajer Imp. Macon (S.-et-L.)'.
