Description

Black and white aerial view of a large sanatorium surrounded by fields and forests. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated December 8, 1939, addressed to 'Dear Friends,' expresses the author's gratitude for the transformation of the site into a sanatorium, mentioning the chief doctor and the former convent. The reverse also bears the inscription 'Authentic Photograph — Reproduction Prohibited.'
