Black and white view of the former town hall in Espalion, a Gothic building with turrets and pointed-arch windows, in front of which is a tree and a bicycle. The reverse indicates the publisher S.N.E. Narbo, the publisher's address in Toulouse, and an advertising stamp 'Photographie Véritable' with the inscription 'Toujours Plus Haut'.
