Winter view of a snow-covered chapel with a cross-topped spire at the foot of a snowy mountainous landscape. On the reverse, handwritten text from a letter addressed to Mme Yvèle Chevalier in Bordeaux, with a French postage stamp of 0.25F dated 1931, and a postmark from Gourette (Hautes-Pyrénées).
