Description

Aerial view of a dam lock gate on a river, with a flat-bottomed boat descending. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 13, addressed to Madame Grien Malley, and a French 25-centime postmark canceled in Charleville-Mézières on May 17, 1930. The publisher is Lapie, with a note of 'Charming and visitable'.
