Description

Tourist postcard of the Gironde featuring a colored map with several photos: the ferry of Royan, the Pointe de Grave, Réolus, the church of Notre-Dame de Verdelais, the Libourne bridge, the casino of Arcachon, and the Cap Ferret. The reverse indicates the publisher Combier, a handwritten correspondence to 'Chèss Enfants', a postmark from Verdelais dated July 12, 1973, a 0.50 franc stamp, and information on the area, population, sub-prefectures, a famous man (Jacques Thibaud), and some regional gastronomic specialties.
