View of an Alsatian half-timbered house with a flower-decorated balcony, a woman in traditional costume, and a mounted rider on a tree-lined street. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1961 from Saint-Dié-Ville Nouvelle to Damougeot, with a 15-centime stamp and handwritten script. The publisher is listed as 'Éditions de la Cigogne, place de Haguenau, Strasbourg'.
