Description

Black and white view of the Old Port of Marseille with many fishing boats moored, fishermen on board, and in the background the hill with the basilica Notre-Dame de la Garoupe. On the reverse, a postcard published by Le Carrefour du Monde, with a 15 franc postage stamp depicting the old port bridge, canceled in Marseille on March 23, 1930. The address is in Paris, and the handwritten message expresses friendship and a request for money.
