Black and white aerial view of Monte-Carlo, showing the pool and Monte-Carlo Beach, with a building on stilts and a rough sea in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Nice on May 15, 1955, with a 12-franc stamp depicting the Pont d'Avignon, addressed to Madame Françoise Richardon-Vagache in Paris 16th, and a handwritten message: 'From a wonderful country, I send you kind regards and friendly wishes, Mme.'
