Description

Snowy aerial view of the village of La Cigogne in the Hautes-Alpes, with scattered chalets on a slope and ski slopes. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated August 5, 1965, sent from Montgenèvre (altitude 1880 m) to recipients in Clamart, with a postmark and a Montgenèvre post office cancellation.
