Panoramic view of Saint-Nicolas Square in Bastia, shaded by palms and plane trees, with a statue of Napoleon as a Roman emperor. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 12, 1978, sent from Bastia to Ville d'Olympie, with a 2.00 franc stamp and a cancellation from Erbalunga.
