Night view of the Garnier Opera in Paris, illuminated and surrounded by lampposts, with the signs 'Le Grand Bata' and 'Mouret Dorobet' visible. Reverse: handwritten message dated July 13, addressed to 'Dear Miss', expressing wishes for happiness and joy for a celebration, signed 'Your affectionate, G. L. P. L.'; mention 'Authentic Photograph - Reproduction Prohibited' and the serial number 548.
