Engraved illustration of the inner courtyard of the Plessis-les-Tours castle, dated 1699, showing Renaissance architecture with a central tower and buildings framing a paved square. The reverse indicates that the castle was the residence of Louis XI in 1463 and mentions the publisher J. Charpenet in Tours. Partially visible postmark with cancellation.
