View of a pond bordered by reeds and aquatic plants, with a small wooden cabin in the middle. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Reims, dated August 22, 1944, with a 0.20 franc stamp depicting Léon D'Urray and a cancellation 'SUR SERRE'. The address is intended for Madame Francellet in Auteuil-le-Roi, via Thoiry, with handwritten writing on the left side.
