View of the port of Toulon with boats at the dock, including one marked 'TOULON T.829', and in the background the cathedral. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated July 4, 1944, sent from Saint-Raphaël to Saint-Denis-Cesson, with a French stamp of 1.30 francs and a cancellation 'TOULON'.
