Night view of the Sète canal, with moored boats and reflections of the lights from the buildings on the water. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 28, sent to 'Dear Aurore', mentioning a trip to Croatia and Bosnia, signed by Claude and Gene, from Venice. The publisher is Société Éditions de France, with a French postmark.
