View of the 17th-century ruined castle, with its ornate portal featuring statues and a coat of arms. The reverse indicates that the castle, belonging to the Orleans family, was confiscated during the Revolution and sold in 1844. French postage stamp of 0.25 francs canceled in Sorel-Moussel on March 30, 1952, addressed to Madame R. Leduc in Paris.
