Description

Black-and-white photograph of a jewelry cabinet adorned with sculptures of figures and floral motifs, dating from the Louis XIV period. The reverse indicates that it originates from the royal workshops of the Louvre (circa 1680–1690) and is displayed at the Château des Rohan in Strasbourg. Printed text on the reverse mentions the publisher: 'Photo Labo ALBERT HUCK (Strasbourg - Bas-Rhin)' and a note prohibiting reproduction.
