Black and white view of the port of Toulon with many boats moored along an animated dock. The reverse bears a handwritten inscription dated June 19, 1958, a circular cancellation 'TOULON VAR', and a 100-franc postage stamp with the mention 'IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SAY IT WITH FLOWERS'.
