Description

Illustrated culinary composition depicting tripe à la mode de Caen, with a pig's foot, onions, peppercorns, herbs, and a tile pattern decoration. The reverse shows the complete recipe, a 1964 postal stamp canceled in Louviers, and a handwritten address to Madame Mademoiselle Gounard in Alençon. The publisher is Émile Béninard, with the note 'Reproduction interdite'.
