View of an 11th-century church surrounded by a pond with lilies, with flowering trees in the foreground. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 11, 1939, addressed to Chérie Bannarac, mentioning a departure for the Garenne and arrival in Paris. The reverse also features the inscription 'Collection « Normandie »' and the name of the publisher.
