Panoramic black and white view of the Mayenne River at Daon, with a castle on a hill and sloping fields. The reverse features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Chapelle in Martel, with a 10-centime French postal stamp and a Château-Gontier postmark from August 17, 1908.
