Black and white aerial view of the Loire floods in Decize (South) in March–April 1902, showing houses partially submerged and the Saulaie completely covered in water. The printed text specifies that the Loire remained at a height of 4m to 4.5m for six days. On the reverse, the address is directed to Adèle Hube in Croypes, Aubusson, with a postmark from Vienne dated 12 March 1902.
