View of the port of Dunkirk with several numbered mobile defense boats (12 to 15) moored. In the background, buildings and a church tower. The reverse has a handwritten inscription 'Bon souvenir' to Madame de Meinehuis in Outre-Clairvaux, with an address in Dijon. Green 15-centime stamp, partially visible cancellation.
