Illustrated postcard showing three Canadian postal scales, including a balance scale used in small post offices between the late 19th and mid-20th century. Bilingual text in English and French explaining their role in calculating postal rates. On the reverse, handwritten address to the Finance Department of the City of Montreal, with Canada 40 stamp and postmark dated November 13, 1963.
