Description

Postcard illustrating the afterburner boat Bonnington, launched in 1911 for postal service on the lakes of British Columbia. The reverse details its history: used by the CPR until 1931, then transferred to the provincial government in 1942 and demolished in 1946. The publisher is the Ontario Rail Association, with an address in Brampton. A Canada 32 stamp is affixed at the top right.
