Printed text in English and French describing its postal service until 1931, then transferred to the provincial government in 1932 and dismantled in 1946. Reverse: handwritten address to the Honours and Awards Division of Veterans Affairs Canada in Ottawa, with Canada 32 stamp and Drumheller (Alberta) cancellation dated October 1960.
