Description

Illustrated postcard showing the rear-wheel steamer Bonnington, launched in 1911 by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company to navigate Lake Arrow and Okanagan, transferred to the government of British Columbia in 1931 and demolished in 1946. The reverse features text in English and French. The handwritten address is intended for the Capabillon group in Laval, Quebec. Canada 32 postmark canceled in Béthilly on June 6, 1964.
