Postcard illustrating the steamer Bonnington, launched in 1911 by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company to deliver mail on rivers and lakes in British Columbia, including Arrow, Kootenay, and Okanagan lakes. The reverse details its transfer to the British Columbia government in 1942 and its decommissioning in 1946. The postal item bears a Canada 32 stamp and a Halifax cancellation of January 17, 1964.
