Description

Indian postcard dated October 12, 1938, franked with a green 1/4 anna (1938) stamp and bearing a Nalbari dispatch postmark. The reverse is fully covered with handwritten Bengali text, with the number '69' at the bottom right. The front has the inscription 'THE ANNEXED CARD IS INTENDED FOR THE ANSWER ONLY' and an Indian postal stamp.
