Description

Indian postcard dated April 8, 1934, franked with a green 9 pice stamp depicting King George V, with a circular postmark from Bombay. The reverse features a long handwritten letter in Devanagari script, addressed to Hoyersonmalji Kawarbelji in Bombay. The address is handwritten in English and Devanagari, with a note 'POST CARD' and 'THE ANNEXED CARD IS INTENDED FOR THE ANSWER'.
