Front: printed text in Marathi with a central illustration of a Hindu god. Reverse: green 9 pence stamp, postmark from Bombay dated January 26, 1935, handwritten address to 'Vilhalwadi, Bombay' and Marathi script at the bottom. Handwritten Marathi text on the front mentions 'संमत १९३५' (year 1935).
