Description

Indian postcard dated June 5, 1936, franked with a 9 annas stamp depicting the portrait of King George V. The reverse has a long handwritten letter in Devanagari script, addressed to 'Tanshukkadus ji' in Shukkadus, near Kullu, Himachal Pradesh. The address is written in English and Devanagari, with a circular cancellation 'DELHI' visible.
