Description

Postcard sent from Kaladevi (Bombay), dated around 1916, with a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George V and a circular cancellation 'INDIA BOMBAY KALADEVI'. The reverse side features a handwritten address in cursive English and Devanagari script, addressed to 'Sada Sakh Gambhir Chand' at 312 Kal Ba Devi Rd, Bombay. The printed text on the front reads 'WRITING SPACE' and 'ADDRESS ONLY'.
