Indian postcard dated January 29, 1916, franked with a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George V, with a circular cancellation 'INDIA POSTAGE'. The reverse is fully covered with handwritten Burmese script, including a signature 'Bikany' and a note 'B.S.R.' at the bottom right. The address is also written in Burmese script, with the indication 'ADDRESS ONLY' in English.
