Description

Commercial postcard of the Lakshmi Sahaya Weaving Mill textile factory in Alavil, Madras Presidency, dated 1934. The reverse contains a letter of acknowledgment for an order addressed to M/s. Nagalli Durgiah, tobacco merchant in Secunderabad, with a 9 pence stamp and postmarks from Cannanore and Azhikkal. The text mentions a check received via the canning agent Mr. V.D. Cruz.
