Indian postcard dated August 20, 1936, sent from Bombay, franked with a green nine-pence stamp depicting King George V. The reverse features handwritten Marathi script with the recipient's address in Bombay, as well as the indication 'ADDRESS ONLY' and a circular postmark from Bombay. The stamp is canceled and the card shows cursive writing in the local language.
