Indian postcard dated 25 October 1939, sent from Merta (Rajasthan) with a 9 pice stamp depicting King George V. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, with a red address to Matarmon (probably Matarmon, Rajasthan) and a circular cancellation from Merta. The stamp is canceled with a 'INDIA POSTAGE' cancellation and a 'REPLY ADDRESS ONLY' reply cancellation.
