Description

Indian postcard dated August 27, 1927, franked with a green 2 annas stamp, bearing two circular postmarks from Gwalior (one in English, one in Devanagari). The reverse features a long handwritten letter in Devanagari script, with fluent handwriting and closely spaced lines. The printed text on the front states 'THE ANNEXED CARD IS INTENDED FOR THE ANSWER'.
