Description

Indian postcard dated 1945, bearing a 100 p. stamp with the effigy of the Indian Republic, and inscriptions in Devanagari script. The reverse shows a postmark from Shahjahanpur (U.P.) dated 16-6-1945, as well as another partially erased postmark. The handwritten address is illegible but appears to indicate a recipient in Shahjahanpur.
