Description

Nepalese regulated postcard dated 1982, with handwritten Devanagari script indicating the recipient's address in Tinkasiri, Nepal. The header in English and Nepali states 'REGD. LETTER' and 'SALE PRICE R. 4.75'. A circular postmark from Tinkasiri is visible, as well as a red floral-patterned stamp. The reverse features a printed Nepali grid with instructions for the sender and recipient.
