Nepalese registered letter envelope dated 22-189 (probably 1989), franked with two 5 rupee stamps. Printed text in Nepali and English indicates 'REGD. LETTER' and 'NAME AND ADDRESS ONLY'. On the reverse, a Nepali inscription reads 'बुद्धाई हुलाक द्राखिला गमिपडि' and 'हुलाकको कर्मचारीलाई', with a small tear at the bottom left.
