Nepalese registered letter envelope dated around 1970, franked with four octagonal 5 p. stamps and two rectangular 15 p. stamps depicting landscapes. The handwritten Nepali address is intended for a recipient in Kathmandu. The reverse bears a Nepali inscription indicating the sender and recipient, as well as mentions of 'Rajistri Chitri' and 'Karmachari Ghar' (official's residence).
