Sri Lanka postcard intended for the 'Listeners' Requests radio station, C/O English Service, Colombo. The reverse contains a handwritten English request for the broadcast of three specific songs (Requiem by the London Boys, Nishanthi Kalansuriya, Agra Dassnayake) on January 11, signed by listeners from Kandy. The Sri Lanka postage stamp (lion holding a sword) is canceled.
