The reverse contains a handwritten request for a radio service in English, addressed to S.L.B.C. in Colombo, for the song 'Kingston Town' (UB-40) requested by Mohamed Azwin, Muzahira Mohideen, Madeeha Mohideen, and Muzny Mohideen from Akurana, to be played on January 1, 1991. The front bears the inscription 'Listeners Request's Clo English Service.'
