Description

British postcard sent around 1913 to Countess Villa Verole in Cascais, Portugal, with two 2 halves-penny stamps depicting King George V. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated December 8, 1913, signed by M. Galvin, responding to a letter received regarding the care of a child for a trip to Southampton. The recipient's address is written in italics and includes 'Portugal'.
