Description

British postcard from the Universal Postal Union, dated April 30, 1897, with a stamp and London postmark. The reverse contains a typewritten commercial correspondence from a Chicago company, reporting a surprise regarding the payment of stamps. The address is written at the top of the reverse, and a blue handwritten annotation underlines part of the text.
