Description

View of a villa in Essonnes, the former residence of the author Bernardin de Saint-Pierre, where he wrote his work 'Paul et Virginie'. The reverse side features a handwritten correspondence dated 1917, addressed to Mr. Jean Dorval in Moulins-Gatine, with a stamp and a postmark from Saint-Louis (Essonne).
