Description

Black and white view of the Promenade des Prés in Étampes, with a canal reflecting an old-style tower and lined trees. Printed text at the bottom: '18. ÉTAMPES. - Promenade des Prés. - La Tourelle de Jean-le-Bâtard.' The reverse indicates the publisher 'L.-D. des Gachons, édit., Étampes' and a handwritten address to 'M. Adam, 16, rue Pierre' in Devay, with a green 20-centime stamp canceled in Cize (Nièvre) on September 4, 1904.
