Description

Illustrated postcard depicting a castle in a landscape framed by pink flowers and leaves, with the inscription 'Bien longue est l'absence, Mais je garde l'Espérance'. Reverse: handwritten letter dated Thursday, September 23, 1915, addressed to 'Mon cher Gastpard', mentioning a letter from 'the woman' and a military situation. Postmark and cancellation not visible.
